The Mission of ACC is to reach the world for Jesus through the Word of God by allowing growth in mind, will and emotions (Soul).This mission is achieved through the (5) E's.


Evangelism- Everything can't be done inside the church.The training ground is in the church, but the work must be done in the street. Every week a team goes into the community, to reach people who can't or won't get to us without us reaching out to them.

Education- Once we evangelize, we bring them into our training camp( The Church). We teach in depth from A to Z about the Bible. Everything is set up on a teaching and training mode.

Empowerment- People have the right to be built up. There are gifts that lie dormant within people, because they were never encouraged to explore and use their gifts. At ACC we empower through the 3 C's, Challenge, Change, and Commit. We challenge them to search for the greater gift inside them. We try to help them to change and realize that great things don't have to happen to everyone else. We try to get them to commit to whatever they decide to achieve until they succeed.

Entrepreneurship- As we empower People we help them to realize that many of their gifts and talents are a means for them to have their own business. We teach administration, organization, structure, vision, and discipline, which are skills for business.

Edification- As one begins or continue to grow in the previous 4 E's it is ever so important that we encourage them and provide Word based reinforcement to each and every person regardless of what background or position they come from. The Lord wants to build upon who we are by building upon who He is through instructing us in moral and kingdom knowledge which increases as we develop a relationship with Him.

FOOD & TOILITRY MINISTRY

TOILET PAPER,PAPER TOWELS,PAMPERS AND OTHER  ITEMS ARE PROVIDED EVERY OTHER TUESDAY FROM 11-2  AND FOOD ON THE 3RD SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH.

Principles for Maximizing Leadership Potential

Our purpose is to provide an institute to train leaders and to enrich leaders for the kingdom task at hand. This institute will explore the mentality, the ministry, the mechanics, and the makeover of kingdom leadership.

We see leadership in the kingdom of God as one of the most dynamic, unique cultures in our generation. With the present evolution of excellence and efficiency in the church, leadership training is essential at every level in every church. Careful observation of the kingdom of God reveals three major levels of functional leadership in every ministry. The Ministry Leader, the Management Leader, and the Movement Leader.

The essence of leadership is the management of influence to accomplish predetermined objectives. Scripture instructs the believer on the proper management of this influence to further the cause of Christ and the development of others.

Leadership is the intentional or unintentional exercise of the power of influence in the world in which we live. Our ability to influence the direction and decisions of others in a Godly fashion is the plan of God for every believer.

To be an effective kingdom leader, there must be an understanding of scripture, ministry, and the ultimate desire to please God.

 (GETTING READY OUTSIDE UNDER PRESSURE.) Is a program designed to educate those that are in or subjected to impoverished neighborhoods, the gang member, incarserated parents as well as the absent parent,alcholic/drug addicted, abusive conditions that may play a major part in their lives.
